EduPro’s tutoring business relied heavily on offline classes and static digital resources, such as PDFs and Zoom links. Students found it hard to stay motivated, as lessons lacked interactivity and progress tracking. Parents had little visibility into performance, making it difficult to measure learning outcomes. Tutors also struggled to keep track of student progress across multiple tools, leading to gaps in feedback and inconsistent learning experiences. As competitors began offering fully digital platforms, EduPro risked falling behind. To grow and retain students, they needed an engaging, centralized platform that supported learning anytime, anywhere, with measurable results.

Our solution was a fully mobile-first learning platform built to maximize engagement and accountability. Students accessed interactive lessons, quizzes, and multimedia resources in one place, while gamified features like badges and progress bars motivated them to continue learning. Parents had their own dashboards showing real-time performance metrics, weekly reports, and teacher feedback. Tutors benefited from automated tracking and could personalize lessons more effectively. Push notifications reminded students to stay on track, improving consistency in study habits. After launch, EduPro saw engagement increase by 51%, retention rates improve, and both parents and students reported higher satisfaction with the learning experience.
